Pasta Masterclasses in Hove

Our ever popular pasta masterclasses are back this January and they make the perfect present for your loved one or even as a treat for yourself! They are a unique and fun experience and perfect for food lovers and anyone who enjoys learning new skills in the kitchen.

For £75 you get a spritz and antipasti on arrival, a 90 minute class led by our Chef Patron Jamie Halsall and Cin Cin founder and owner David Toscano, where they will guide you through making pasta dough including vegan dough and creating different types of pasta (machine and handmade). There will also be plenty of time for Q&A with Jamie and David.

Each attendee will then make their own pasta, which the chefs will cook for you with a sauce to enjoy at the end of the class, together with a carafe of wine.

Limited to 10 attendees per session and hosted in our private dining room in Hove.
